Job Title: Office Manager

Canadian Tire High level is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented correctly.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
