Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Canadian Tire High level. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train office staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
