Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Individual Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Life Benefits Solutions, a Division of People Corporation. As a key member of our group, you will provide administrative support to our Individual Financial Services team, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client documents for various insurance carriers.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Process withdrawal paperwork for group retirement programs.
  • Provide administrative support for group retirement plan death claims.
  • Request and verify client documentation.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including research and data entry.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Maintain accurate client files and records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in individual financial services is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
