Job Description

SHELL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Records Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain financial records, establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare general ledgers and financial statements on a regular basis
  • Post journal entries and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
  • Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required
  • Less than 7 months of experience preferred
Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
