Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Rocky Mountain Restaurants Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality and safety standards.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a baking or pastry production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
