Job Title: Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Sweet Obsession. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Draw up production schedules.
  • Train staff.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Hire and dismiss staff.
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
