American Iron and Metal is seeking a skilled Maintenance Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet maintenance and experience with Maximo data entry. Key responsibilities include ensuring resources are in place for planned work, developing and communicating the weekly maintenance plan, and managing work order backlogs. The successful candidate will also prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality, and coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs. Additionally, they will maintain maintenance records, prepare job plans, and complete ad-hoc reports as requested. If you have a thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures, excellent communication skills, and experience with planning and scheduling tools, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure resources are in place for planned work
* Develop and communicate the weekly maintenance plan
* Manage work order backlogs
