Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure resources are in place to perform planned work (parts, labor, shop space, etc.)
  • Develop and communicate the weekly maintenance plan and create work orders as required
  • Ensure open work orders meet required standards, and status is kept up to date; manage work order backlog
  • Maintain maintenance records with current service and PM status
  • Prepare job plans for planned work
  • Coordinate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely servicing and repairs
  • Prioritize equipment service based on usage, condition, and criticality
  • Organize resources in advance to ensure efficient execution of planned work
  • Complete ad-hoc reports and projects as requested

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience relating to fleet maintenance
  • Proficiency using Maximo for data entry
  • Thorough knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
  • Proven experience with invoices and payment processing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detailed working knowledge of planning tools (JD Edwards, SAP, MS Office Package, etc)
  • Detailed working knowledge of scheduling tools
