About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rolls-Right Industries Ltd. in a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring seamless communication and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Transportation Management: Coordinate the movement of goods, including the requisitioning of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
