Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at BMO. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized service to our customers, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Financial Solutions: Offer a range of financial products and services, including everyday banking, retail investments, lending solutions, and small business solutions.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer needs and provide recommendations for financial solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our range of financial products and services, including personal and small business banking solutions.
- Risk Management: Apply the risk management framework to protect the Bank's assets and maintain the quality of the lending portfolio.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
- Experience: Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience in a financial services role.
- Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, as well as retail investments and lending products.
