Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new equipment projects, including bid opportunities and customer negotiations.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Evaluate project details and provide recommendations for optimal solutions.
  • Sell new equipment contracts at required price and margin levels to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and communicate product knowledge of Otis elevator and escalator lines and specialized architectural products.
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

As a highly motivated Sales Equipment Representative, you will be responsible for promoting innovative solutions to current and potential customers. With a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the construction or elevator industry.

  • Ability to learn and communicate complex product information to customers.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
What We Offer

At Otis, we offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, training, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
