We're seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Cooper Equipment Rentals. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods, including cold calling and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a detailed understanding of company products and services.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and close sales, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an Outside Sales role, preferably in equipment rentals or a related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a valid G driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract.
