Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per yearJob Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing capital programs, including overseeing engineering and design, managing multiple projects to completion, and ensuring all applicable site standards, specifications, codes, and regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery within budget constraints;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations departments;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development;
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; OR Applied Mechanical Technologist certification;
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the heavy industrial sector;
  • PMP designation considered an asset;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction;
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, including scheduling, risk management, and collaboration platforms;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing competing deadlines;
  • Physical presence required for regular site visits and meetings;
  • Availability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required;
