About the Role: Director of Information Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Information Services to lead our IT infrastructure, services, and processes. This role will be instrumental in aligning technology strategies with HyLife's business objectives across all global locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the establishment, planning, and delivery of IT infrastructure, services, and processes including those for architecture, security, and disaster recovery that align with HyLife business objectives across all global locations.
  • Lead the establishment, planning, and delivery of enterprise application services including managing integrations and data flows, master data management, business analysis, and oversight of development roadmap.
  • Oversee overall technology risk management ownership including Cybersecurity.
  • Deliver telecommunications infrastructure and development plans for HyLife globally
  • Manage IT budgets and resources effectively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Director of Information Services or similar role in a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
