About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Services to lead our IT team and drive the strategic direction of our technology infrastructure. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, services, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise application services, including integrations and data flows.
  • Manage technology risk and ensure the security of our systems and data.
  • Develop and manage budgets for IT expenditures, including capital, operational, and staffing costs.
  • Lead the hiring and development of IT staff to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to support our business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and solutions that can benefit our business.
  • Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors and consultants.
  • Establish and foster industry connections to stay ahead of the curve in IT trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in IT leadership.
  • Extensive experience with large-scale enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture and IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with analyzing, designing, maintaining, and implementing IT infrastructure, including solutions from Cisco/Meraki, Microsoft, Citrix, Nutanix, Nimble, etc.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication of IT concepts to non-IT business leaders.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including communication, influence, negotiations, conflict resolution, people management, and relationship management (internal and external).
