Trusted Household Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and responsible Household Administrator to maintain a well-organized household.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the household, including cleaning, organizing, and managing various tasks.
Responsibilities:- Cleaning & Organizing: Regularly clean and organize all areas of the home, including living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Laundry: Wash, dry, fold, and organize clothing, towels, bedding, and other laundry items.
- Meal Prep & Cooking: Assist with meal preparation, cooking healthy meals, and keeping the kitchen organized.
- Errands: Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Bedding: Wash and change bedding on a regular basis, ensuring fresh linens are always available.
- Paperwork & Filing: Help sort, organize, and file important household paperwork and documents.
- Grocery Organization: Ensure groceries are put away, pantry and fridge are organized, and grocery lists are maintained.
- Holiday Decorations: Assist with setting up and putting away holiday decorations, keeping them organized for future use.
- Event Support: Assist with preparations for parties or gatherings, including setting up, cleaning, and organizing before and after events.
- Pet Care: Care for our large dogs, including feeding, walking, and providing general pet care. Must be comfortable handling and interacting with large dogs.
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, organizing, personal assistance, or pet care is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a love for cleaning and organizing.
- Pet Comfort: Must be comfortable and experienced with large dogs. Willing to care for and manage basic pet needs, including feeding, walking, and providing companionship.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and willing to accept and act on feedback. Must be open to learning new tasks and willing to adapt.
- Eco-Friendly: Must be willing to use eco-friendly cleaning products to maintain a healthy environment.
