Trusted Household Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible household manager to join our team at Hafsah Samad. This role requires a caring and organized individual who can take charge of our household in the absence of parents.
Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the household, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy home.
- Shop for food and household supplies to ensure our needs are met.
- Travel with our family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding our children.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, including organizing activities such as games and outings for our children.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, as well as prepare our children for rest periods.
- Supervise and care for our children, taking them to and from school and to appointments when necessary.
This is a 7-month to less than 1-year contract position that requires you to work on-site. As our trusted household manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth household operation, ensuring our children receive the best care possible.
Requirements- Dedicated and responsible individual with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children and families is preferred.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
