Job Summary:We're seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our Corporate team. This role will be responsible for leading our Scheduling team in developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules using industry-standard software like Primavera P6, TILOS, or Microsoft Project.
About the Role:- Schedule Development: Develop and implement project schedules for multiple packages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper maintenance.
- Schedule Analysis: Conduct thorough schedule analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement, providing strategic guidance on scheduling matters.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, and stakeholders to ensure project schedules align with overall objectives.
- Design/Construction Changes: Assess the impact of design/construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Leadership: Lead a team of planning/scheduling resources, identifying potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Process Development: Write processes related to planning/scheduling activities, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
- Interface Management: Interface with program management on schedule-related issues, participating in meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Historical Data: Accumulate and access historical data for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting.
- Staff Management: Lead a staff qualified to analyze, evaluate, forecast, and report schedule status against an established baseline.
- System Development: Develop and manage a system showing the hierarchy of plans and schedules, keeping project and company management informed.
- Degree: Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent relevant field experience.
- Skills: Excellent written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Software: Solid understanding of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Experience: Proven track record leading a team to success, 10+ years of relevant experience in similar positions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
