Access Control Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Access Control Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Job DescriptionThe Access Control Coordinator will be responsible for performing various project-related tasks, including coordinating with vendors, managing access control cards, and tracking returns. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
In this role, you will work closely with installers, sub-contractors, and material handlers to ensure smooth project execution. You will also be responsible for managing all access control cards, including receiving cards into inventory, maintaining minimum/maximum inventory levels, creating custom cards for end-users, and scheduling shipping to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with vendors regarding material shipments and returns
- Manage all access control cards, including inventory management and card creation
- Track returns and communicate with stakeholders
- Work with installers, sub-contractors, and material handlers to ensure project execution
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan.
