Job Title: Administrative Officer - Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Greenlife Quality Cleaners Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including coordinating office services, managing inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing reports and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Time management.

Work Setting: Private sector.

Work Language: English.

Hours: 35 hours per week.
