As a Document Control Specialist - Project Coordinator, you will be part of a local and global solution to climate change, contributing to the safety and sustainability of people, animals, environment, and the world.

This role offers new skills that are transferable, making you an integral person to a team that highly values consistency, quality, and teamwork. You will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining documents and records, enforcing project procedures across the company, and discussing document quality assurance issues with engineering and other involved departments.

In this role, you will report to a manager, generating accurate and detailed reports, and assist engineers regarding documentation processes and queries. You will also administer and enforce all aspects of Document Control functions through established work processes and procedures for paper and electronic document management to meet all objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a college graduate degree in Business Administration or a technical subject from a recognized institution or equivalent experience. They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, knowledge and proficiency in Document Management, and expertise in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, and File Transfer Protocol.

A strong understanding of engineering and procurement documentation, good organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet schedules is also crucial. Additionally, self-starter mentality, initiative to identify, investigate, and solve problems, and demonstrated capability of working under tight timelines are beneficial qualities.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$105,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on the location, job requirements, and industry standards. As a contractual (fixed-term) employee, you will enjoy flexibility in work hours, including 37.5 hours per week with occasional overtime when applicable.
