Industrial Territory Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, self-starter with experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry.
Job OverviewThis is a key role that involves expanding our existing customer base and identifying potential new customers. You will be responsible for scheduling and visiting established customers to maintain and increase sales, as well as utilizing sales processes to manage the territory pipeline and opportunities.
You will support orders from customers, renew and add inventory, quote on new equipment when needed, and manage customer returns when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain a positive relationship with customers and store personnel, ensuring a professional corporate image.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Expand existing customer base; identify and solicit potential new customers.
- Schedule and visit established customers to maintain and increase sales.
- Utilize sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity.
- Support orders from customers to renew and add to their inventory, quote on new equipment when needed, and manage customer returns when appropriate.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the customer; ensure a positive relationship with store personnel in doing so.
