Job Summary

AFL is seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the workforce schedule for all projects, ensuring that projects are fully staffed and operational effectiveness is driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Scheduling: Plan and implement the workforce schedule for all projects, ensuring that projects are fully staffed and operational effectiveness is driven.
  • Operational Coordination: Interact with management team, technicians, clients, and external vendors to drive operational effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and distribute reports on a weekly basis, generating specific scheduling and forecasting reports and providing analysis on the data.
  • Stakeholder Management: Consistently follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure assigned tasks are being completed as per scheduled inquires.
  • Project Tracking: Track all projects from beginning to end and report to the Operations Manager if and when there are any hiccups in scheduling.
  • Staffing Management: Work with project owners to negotiate staffing needs and resources, review and recommend technicians to fill appropriate roles by tracking current availability status and variances.
  • Communication: Follow up with each technician to ensure their availability is updated in the scheduling system, participate in local and national staffing calls.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned, enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School with some office experience, such as clerk or administrator, office administration or project coordination experience.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Leadership, flexible, detail-oriented, independent, analytical thinking/problem-solving, results-focused, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and team player skills.
Working Conditions

AFL is a remote work environment with the possibility of normal office environment in the future. The working hours are from 07:30 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with some minimal travel required.
