  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Ensure quality control of our food and service to meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory and supply chain management.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
