Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Z&M Food Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure high-quality service and food products.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
