Retail Store Supervisor

About the Role: We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store and Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the store is adequately stocked at all times.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, meeting the high standards of Circle K Convenience Store and Gas Station.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
