At Fat Bastard Burrito Co., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet our high standards.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to optimize our food service operations.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare food order summaries for our chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Experience in a food service environment is an asset.

- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our business.
