Restaurant Operations Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Operations Manager at Tim Hortons 8173.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 3-4 people to ensure that we provide excellent customer service and quality food products.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets;
- Develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency;
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and waste management;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness;
- Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and performance;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and achieve business objectives;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure;
- A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays;
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
