Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreperson to lead our skilled crews in taking projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will manage crews at various job sites for a variety of projects, including natural stone, interlock, and armour stone installs, as well as soft scape projects.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in running commercial and residential landscape construction sites with a crew of 2-3. You will be responsible for completing hardscape projects based on plans provided, installing interlock and natural stone, and operating landscaping equipment. A valid G license is required, and experience estimating and past design experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead skilled crews to take projects from start to finish
  • Manage crews at various job sites for a variety of projects
  • Complete hardscape projects based on plans provided
  • Install interlock and natural stone, including prepping, grading, installing, and finishing
  • Operate landscaping equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven success running commercial and residential landscape construction sites with a crew of 2-3
  • Valid G license
  • Experience estimating and past design experience is an asset
