About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Construction Foreperson to join our team at Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading skilled crews to take projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage crews at various job sites for a variety of projects including natural stone, interlock, and armour stone installs and soft scape projects.
  • Oversee the completion of hardscape projects based on plans provided.
  • Ensure the installation of interlock and natural stone, including prepping, grading, installing, and finishing.
  • Operate landscaping equipment and ensure its proper maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven success running commercial and residential landscape construction sites with a crew of 2-3.
  • Valid G license is required.
  • Experience estimating and past design experience is an asset.
