AutoCanada Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at AutoCanada. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their vehicles receive the necessary repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients
- Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries related to vehicle servicing
- Create quotes and work orders for vehicle repairs
- Consult with automotive technicians regarding required repairs and or maintenance
- Provide the clients with information and updates regarding the status of vehicle repairs
- Work with the parts department to determine parts availability and scheduling of future service appointments
- Complete and close repair orders
- Review the repair order and service performed with the client after the service has been completed
Your Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Experience and desire to work with technology
