Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and quality
- Ensure that all food and beverage services are operated in accordance with Marriott International's standards
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in all areas of the restaurant and bar
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
