We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering/Technical Student to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to identify and document deficiencies.
  • Coordinate and supervise sub-trade work to ensure timely completion.
  • Track site progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Verify site conditions and coordinate with drawings and quality assurance reviews.
  • Coordinate, mark up, and update drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate work-specific scope, trades, and tracking progress photos.
  • Conduct trade quote reviews to verify material quantities, hours, and rates.
  • Input and update deficiency logs to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and participate in project meetings.
  • Produce as-built drawings and maintain record keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a degree or diploma in a civil engineering-related field.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Eligible for Government security clearance (Basic Reliability).
  • A passion for working in a construction environment.
  • Experience with various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and drafting.
  • Self-motivation with a hands-on approach.
  • Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
