About the Role:
The Technical Services team is seeking a dynamic individual who values teamwork to fill the position of Manufacturing Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in product design alongside various functions to propose solutions that enhance product manufacturability;
• Actively participate in the production of initial units by supporting core manufacturing functions;
• Identify functional requirements and draft technical documentation for train car assembly;
• Conduct research, studies, and analyses to develop manufacturing methods, products, and new markets in partnership with internal and external expertise;
• Develop action plans aimed at improving the productivity of existing equipment and/or integrating new technologies into our manufacturing processes;
• Define and estimate the costs of the most economical production methods according to product requirements.

Desired Profile:
Qualifications and Functional Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Proficiency in French and a good command of English;
• Attention to detail;
• Demonstrated autonomy and rigor.

Technical Skills:
• Understanding of fundamental theories, principles, and concepts related to manufacturing and mechanical assembly;
• Basic knowledge of welding is an asset;
• Excellent communication skills and a team player;
• Willingness to travel;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Familiarity with CATIA software is a plus.
