We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GN IT & Management Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and software
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using user guides, technical manuals, and other resources
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain a problems and solutions log for future reference
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with networking software and hardware
  • Knowledge of desktop applications and file management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
