Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and control for our IT Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Budget Planning and Development: - Develop detailed project budgets in collaboration with IT project managers and other IT leaders, considering resource requirements, capital expenditures, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand the financial needs of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Financial Analysis: - Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures and provide explanations for any discrepancies.
- Evaluate financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Forecasting: - Develop accurate and timely financial forecasts to assist in decision-making and long-term planning.
- Analyze trends and market conditions that may impact budgetary requirements.
Financial Reporting: - Generate comprehensive financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and budgetary metrics.
- Provide regular updates on budget status, financial risks, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Budget Analyst, preferably in the IT or engineering sector in a complex eco-system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and budgeting software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
