Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at CI Financial. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they achieve success with our financial planning platform.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively teach customers how to use our platform. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and screen-sharing technology
- Onboard new customers and drive retention among existing customers
- Host live webinars to provide training and answer customer questions in a group setting
- Create educational content to engage customers and help them get more out of our product
- Represent the voice of the customer to shape the future roadmap of our product
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bilingualism in English and French (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts and software
