Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial modeling on multiple products and measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with senior executives to develop financial models and insights on various topics such as retention forecasts, campaign planning and tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization.

You will also support contacts in Accounting and Operations to execute business plans, work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process, complete and direct forecasting reports, understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending, enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support, study performance to date and examine potential risks and opportunities, drive monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required, and keep up weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
