Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at OPA OF GREECE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menu promotions
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
