Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Client Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Interactive Brokers. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional technical support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, chat, and tickets
  • Offer technical and functional support for our Interactive Brokers' platforms, including desktop and mobile applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our web-based offerings
  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems
  • Adaptability to a constantly changing technical environment
  • Initiative and desire to learn new skills and technologies
