Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at WBM Technologies. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide onsite and remote support for our clients, working in a fast-paced environment to respond to and resolve client incidents and requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service – Proven ability to manage difficult and/or emotional customer service situations.
  • Communication – Speak and write in clear and persuasive language in positive or negative situations.
  • Teamwork – Desire to help build, and be part of, a close-knit team.
  • Organizational Support – Strong organizational skills and completes administrative tasks thoroughly and on time.
  • Time Management – Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
  • Punctuality – Take pride in being at work and ready for work on time.
  • Dependability – Follow instructions and procedures and respond to management direction positively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to write in both French and English.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of previous Deskside experience.
  • Good communication, time management, and mathematical skills.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Attention to detail and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile phones, and computer-related peripherals.
  • Clean criminal record and driving abstract.
