Senior Culinary Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen operations at TINA VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT LTD. This is a key leadership role that requires strong culinary expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control strategies to ensure efficient kitchen operations and profitability.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation standards.
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and customer service strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory levels, and labor hours to inform kitchen operations and budgeting decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in senior culinary leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation:

The salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other benefits packages offered by TINA VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT LTD.

Work Environment:

You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring you to be physically active and able to work under pressure. You must also have a valid work permit and meet all immigration requirements for employment in [location].
