About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Techise. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, resolving technical issues and providing training and advice to ensure they get the most out of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues with computer hardware or software
  • Provide expert advice and training to clients in response to identified difficulties
  • Supervise other technical support team members to ensure seamless delivery of service
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to clients
  • Install equipment for client use, ensuring proper setup and configuration

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • A non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Possession of Associate Computing Professional (ACP) certification is preferred
  • Cisco certified network associate and Microsoft certified professional (MCP) certifications are an asset
  • A+ Certification is required

Compensation:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
