Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Work closely with staff from various departments to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue
- Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and generate warm leads
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services and communicate effectively with customers
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop short- and long-term strategic plans
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket sector or a related industry
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
