We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our dining rooms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and evaluating staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience and supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
