About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Switchboard Wireless. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure that our store is always stocked with the latest products.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, sell merchandise, and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Organize and maintain the store's physical environment, including the display of merchandise and the maintenance of a clean and safe store.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
