Hanna Health Centre is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a medical inpatient acute care setting. As a key member of our interprofessional healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Assess, coordinate, administer, and evaluate the provision of health services
- Work in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and quality patient care
- Participate in education and orientation, and continuous quality improvement activities
- Follow nursing standards/protocols as required
- Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
- Current certification in IV therapy, 2 years' experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
