As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Alberta Health Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and well-being. You will utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and provide safe, quality care to patients and their families. Your leadership skills will be essential in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). If you have not practiced as a Registered Nurse within the last five (5) years, completion of the following free courses is required: CRNA Medication Management - Chapters 1 - 4 and the NextGenU Health Assessment Resources Certification.
