Job Summary
Alberta Health Services is seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interprofessional healthcare team in Hanna, Alberta. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, quality patient and family centered care
- Work collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary team
- Integrate Patient and Family Centered Care principles into practice
- Utilize critical thinking, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program
- Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Geriatric Nursing
