Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

Bretoba Contracting is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a safe working environment
